    I have vowed not to review this office everytime I leave an appointment, but I’m taking a pause from my vows today ☺️. I just can’t help myself!

    My appointment was for 2:00. It’s 2:36 and I’ve been out of the chair already at least 7 minutes. Fast, courteous and professional... service! Dr. Bonaventure is the kindest, most compassionate dentist, ever! He came in, cracked a few jokes, and gave me a pat on the shoulder on his way out! He was done in record time. There is also not one unfriendly person that works there. You are greeted by name and with huge smiles. Anna actually remembered everything we spoke about at my last visit. 😀

    This is a “lunch hour friendly” dental office. So if you haven’t joined the Bonaventure Family, what are you waiting on? You’ll absolutely love it so much, you’ll find reasons to visit them. I promise.    read more

    My hygienist, Carly, was very friendly and professional. She was very thorough and cared about my comfort while she cleaned my teeth.
    I met afterward with my dentist, Dr Gilbert, who reviewed my... xrays and discussed a treatment plan for a problem noted on X-ray.
    I was presented with a treatment plan complete with cost breakdown.

    I must say that I am 58 years old and have never been to such a professional business that makes you feel like family. From the front desk to saying goodbye. I called and made an appointment because I was getting married, I received the royal treatment. The girls at the front desk was so kind.... But. My personal contact was with Kaitlyn. I have never seen anyone that can deliver news to you in such a pleasant way. Ali performed my cleaning her professionalism is over the top. Bonaventure Dental Care is full of the greatest people. Usually I am jumping out of the chair but the young lady Aya made sure that I was calm and comfortable. When my extraction was done it was over before I knew it . Now ! Lauren and Margaret made the magic happen they saw to it that my partial was back in time for my wedding.     Dr. Bonaventure is by far the best dentist In Baton Rouge!!!! He has seamlessly pulled my wisdom teeth and not even the numbing part was painful! He’s very caring and personable with his patients in a very professional manner !     I felt I had a dental emergency and called them in a panic. They took me in within a couple hours! When I arrived, they were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! From the front desk staff to Anna and Jenna! Dr. Stanford came in, looked at my X-rays and calmed me all the way down. I just needed a cleaning and a hug,... lol. Anna did all of the pre-work and her personality is beautiful.     Dr. Bonaventure is Baton Rouge’s GREATEST DENTIST! He’s kind, caring, personable and professional. He takes as much time as necessary to speak with you to understand your needs, never rushing you. He doesn’t pressure his patients to have unnecessary dental work. The dentist assistant would not give up until she got the perfect mole for my teeth, which lets me know that they are striving for excellence with every patient.     I cracked my tooth on yesterday and needed to find a dentist this morning. One of my coworkers gave me Dr. Bonaventure’s office in information when I called them at 8:45. They asked me if I can come in at 10. I said yes went in. They did x-rays found out what needed to be done. Talked it over with... me. I didn’t have the money to get it done on today so they asked me if I wanted to try cherry financial institute to help me and I did. it was approved and I was able to get the bad tooth pulled, one filled, and Temporary bridge put in all at the same time. So if they didn’t know, they have a new patient they will know soon.I have been going to the same dentist office for about 20 years but they have stopped doing all the work and they have to refer you somewhere else so at this dentist office they do everything so one stop shop for my teeth and I’m done. They take their time answering any and all questions and have recommendations for any situations they don’t handle are uncomfortable handling there.     I am not a fan of dental care. Long unpleasant history. I am very happy to say how professional, friendly and supportive Bonaventure is. From the moment I walked through the door it was clear that the staff was there to help me. Service was professional, but client centered. Alexis guided me... through my initial visit with professionalism and kindness. Dani was efficient, effective and still made cleaning my teeth an easy time for a nervous old man.
