Truly amazing staff. With an emergency broken tooth. They did everything in their power to get my little lady as comfortable as possible and got the broken tooth out. Took a few minutes but with gentle pressure and lots of pain anesthesia. After an hour. They finally got it out. Praises for the... staffread more

Dr. Bonaventure is by far the best dentist In Baton Rouge!!!! He has seamlessly pulled my wisdom teeth and not even the numbing part was painful! I must say that I am 58 years old and have never been to such a professional business that makes you feel like family. From the front desk to saying goodbye. I called and made an appointment because I was getting married, I received the royal treatment. The girls at the front desk was so kind.... But. My personal contact was with Kaitlyn. I have never seen anyone that can deliver news to you in such a pleasant way. Ali performed my cleaning her professionalism is over the top. Bonaventure Dental Care is full of the greatest people. Usually I am jumping out of the chair but the young lady Aya made sure that I was calm and comfortable. When my extraction was done it was over before I knew it . Now ! Lauren and Margaret made the magic happen they saw to it that my partial was back in time for my wedding. I am not a fan of dental care due to an early and long history of painful experiences. I made an appointment with Bonaventure and had my first visit yesterday. The appointment was a pleasant surprise. Alexis professionally guided me through the intake, X-rays and early visit. I felt like she... cared more about me, not separating me from my money by adding on a bevy of unnecessary procedures. Dr. Bonaventure paid a visit. He first found common experiences with me. He seemlessly transitioned to explaining my care plan. First up was a deep clean to the right side. Dani was excellent. Much like her colleagues, her chair side manor was kind, yet professional. She maintained personal contact with me while completing a deep clean. Post care instructions were clear and concise. I recommend Bonaventure.I have now had multiple visits to Boneventure. I cracked my tooth on yesterday and needed to find a dentist this morning. One of my coworkers gave me Dr. Bonaventure’s office in information when I called them at 8:45. They asked me if I can come in at 10. I said yes went in. They did x-rays found out what needed to be done. Talked it over with... me. I didn’t have the money to get it done on today so they asked me if I wanted to try cherry financial institute to help me and I did. it was approved and I was able to get the bad tooth pulled, one filled, and Temporary bridge put in all at the same time. So if they didn’t know, they have a new patient they will know soon.I have been going to the same dentist office for about 20 years but they have stopped doing all the work and they have to refer you somewhere else so at this dentist office they do everything so one stop shop for my teeth and I’m done. My son who is autistic recently transferred to this practice. Dr. Bonaventure attended my son's last appointment with his previous dentist to learn the special handling techniques. The transition has gone perfectly. We're so grateful!

My appointment was for 2:00. It’s 2:36 and I’ve been out of the chair already at least 7 minutes. Fast, courteous and professional... service! Dr. Bonaventure is the kindest, most compassionate dentist, ever! He came in, cracked a few jokes, and gave me a pat on the shoulder on his way out! He was done in record time. There is also not one unfriendly person that works there. You are greeted by name and with huge smiles. Anna actually remembered everything we spoke about at my last visit. 😀
