My husband had an absolutely terrible experience at another dentist on February 20th. He left his previous dentist's office in tears and too embarrassed to even speak after a filling was poorly placed on him and had fallen out due to poor craftsmanship. I called Dr. Bonaventure's office at 4:30 on... February 20th after this experience. I explained everything to Dr. Bonaventure's office staff and cautioned them about his anxiety concerning dentists. They were so sweet and helpful. They tried everything they could to get him in that day but they were unable to. However, they were able to get him in first thing the next morning(today). He called me after and talked about how fantastic his staff was and to discuss his treatment plan, and how beautiful the work they did looked.Their extreme attention to detail, stellar customer service, and care they display towards each patient really makes this team absolutely stand out. I am now switching my entire family to be treated at this practice.People dont' realize the effect less than perfect teeth can have on someones self esteem or how their teeth got to that point. However, this office and their team clearly do understand that and want to genuinely make a difference where they can.
